Subscriptions & billing

By purchasing a subscription through our website, you agree to the subscription price, billing frequency, and terms presented at checkout. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring annual basis, depending on the membership plan selected.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until your subscription is canceled.

Refunds

All subscription payments are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds or prorated credits are not provided for:

  • Unused membership time.
  • Failure to use the website or its services.
  • Accidental purchases or changes of mind.
  • Cancellation after a subscription payment has been processed.
  • Partial use of a billing period.
  • Failure to cancel before the next scheduled renewal.

Users are responsible for reviewing their selected membership plan before completing payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel, log into your account, navigate to your membership or billing settings, and select the cancellation option.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew after the current paid billing period.
  • You will retain access to paid membership features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No additional subscription charges will occur after your cancellation takes effect, unless you subsequently reactivate your membership.
  • Previously processed payments will not be refunded solely because you cancel.

Deleting your account or discontinuing use of the website does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless the website expressly confirms that cancellation has occurred.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next scheduled payment.

The subscription price and renewal frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same billing period, or experienced an unauthorized transaction, please contact us.

We will investigate reported billing errors and provide refunds or corrections where appropriate or required by law.

Price changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Where required, existing subscribers will receive advance notice of applicable price changes and any required opportunity to accept or cancel before a new price takes effect.
